MY SUMMER 2012

My parents said that I wold have a brilliant summer if I got good grades. So I have had a great time...

I went to Sant Carles de la Ràpita for the month, specifically in August. All the days consisted of beach, swimming pool, "chiringuito" and parties! I also did other activities like cycling in the Delta de l'Ebre, my friends and I ended up exhausted! Even, one day, we did kayaking in the sea.

I also went to the festivals with my friends, in Roquetes, Jesus, Xerta, Sant Carles de la Ràpita, Poble Nou, Pinell de Brai, Tortosa, Aldover and Benifallet. I enjoyed a lot.

Well, it has been a summer to remember even thought I reserved some space for relaxing, reading and painting, wich I love.

AMAZING ADVENTURE

On the 3rd of may some teachers, classmates and I went on a long and powerfull walk from the ruins of Mussara to Siurana (Baix Camp - Priorat).

It was hard (especially the last climb) but the views, the scenery, contact with nature and companionship, it compensated.

It was a great adventure and a fantastic experience though, probably the most, finished to bed or a relaxing bath!

Valentine's Day.

The feast of St. Valentine is celebrated on 14th February. It is a traditional celebration in which couples express their love and affection for each other. In some countries it is known as The Day of Lovers or The Day of Love and Friendship.

I wish you a happy day by the side of the people who appreciate you.

FASHION 60's

The 1960s featured a number of diverse trends. It was a decade that broke many fashion traditions, mirroring social movements during the period. In the middle of the decade, culottes, box-shaped PVC dresses and go-go boots were popular. The widely popular bikini came into fashion in 1963 after being featured in the musical Beach Party.
Mary Quant invented the mini-skirt, and Jackie Kennedy introduced the pillbox hat, both becoming extremely popular. False eyelashes were worn by women throughout the 1960s, and their hairstyles were a variety of lengths and styles.
People were dressing in psychedelic prints, highlighter colours, and mismatched patterns. The hippie movement late in the decade also exerted a strong influence on ladies' clothing styles, including bell-bottom jeans, tie-dye, and batik fa,brics, as well as paisley prints.

FEELING LOST.

One day, I was on the subway withmy mother in Barcelona. I was mileaded by a dig. When I looked at my mum, she had gone. I started to looking an looking and I decided to ask for help to a young girl who was sitting on a bench. Fortunately, we found my mum quickly. Since then I have never been done when I'm in a big city.
